Admirals Dance Class - 9/4

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! 📣🚨

We are back with our Admirals Dance Classes for the 25-26 season! First dance class of the season will be taught by Admirals Dancer Jaimie!

We will warm up, stretch, and learn a short and fun dance combo. The combo will be taught step by step and variations given for any difficult steps.

When: Thursday 9/4/2025
Where: Virginia Beach Physical Therapy and Wellness

What Time: 8:30 pm-9:30 pm

Walk-ins welcome if class is not sold out.

We will also be having a Stretch Leaps and Turns Class before the dance class from 7:30-8:30 PM. With the purchase of the Admirals Dance Class, you can get the Stretch Leaps and Turns class 50% off! All profits go toward the Norfolk Admirals Dance Team.
