January Jams is coming and it’s time to turn the volume UP 🎸⚡--A classic rock–themed fitness challenge that’s all about energy, movement, and fun.

Join us January 24th from 10:30–11:30 AM for a workout set to legendary rock hits. Costumes are encouraged, sweat is guaranteed, and yes… there will be prizes.
