March Campout: Fire & Water

Fire & Water Weekend is designed to fulfill requirements towards Camping, Cooking and Hiking Merit Badges. This weekend will have many obstacles to overcome and provide many teamwork opportunities.

Scouts will pack in all 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗗 essentials to the remote campsite. Essentials include all Shelf Stable Food, Water, Personal Gear, Sleeping Bag and Tent. Scouts must have gear packed in a 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 backpack. If you cannot carry it, you cannot bring it.

No troop gear will be provided. Scouts must cook and eat out of what they bring with them. Carry in, Carry out.

Breakfast and Dinner on Saturday 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 be 𝗛𝗢𝗧 meals. other meals and snacks may be cold.

We will be taking a day hike and eating lunch on the trail.

Scouts are responsible to bring all their own food for the weekend.
