An Embodied Exploration of the Lunar Cycle
The Moon’s cycles influence the body, nervous system, emotions, and energy in subtle yet powerful ways. In this 90-minute Full Moon practice, you’ll learn how each phase of the lunar cycle—New, Waxing, Full, and Waning—supports different needs for rest, energy, and release.
Through a slow, grounding Yin yoga practice, lunar teachings are woven directly into the experience, allowing the wisdom of the Moon to be felt and embodied rather than simply heard. Reiki energy healing and gentle breathwork will be offered throughout to support nervous system regulation and soft energetic release.
The class concludes with a deeply restorative guided meditation, inviting stillness, integration, and rest. Students will receive a take-home lunar cycle handout with self-care practices they can continue using in rhythm with the Moon.
All levels are welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
This practice is prenatal-friendly, with supportive options offered throughout. Students are welcome to bring their own props for added comfort and ease.
