Need to decompress from all the noise and chaos in your life?
Join us in the woods, surrounded by trees, as we practice together without saying a word and honoring the Crown Chakra.
A pose list with cues will be provided before class begins. We'll all practice together, purely to the sounds of nature.
Intensity Level: Gentle Yoga, 10 minute hike on sloping and level ground.

Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: This is an outdoor yoga class, with a short hike to our class location. Please consider the temperature forecast, and consider your footwear for our short hike.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using.
Parking: The driveway is large. Still, if possible, consider carpooling to make sure there's room for everyone. 🙂
**Please note this is a PRIVATE PROPERTY class location. The address will be given out to students, closer to date.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone want to be in your photos. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class.
