Who is this 'novice' you might ask?
For this tournament, we define a 'novice' as someone who...:
- ...has no more than 1-year of exp. in BP (or other university-related) debating format.
- ...has no more than 2 years of exp. in World Schools (or other school-related) format
- ...has no breaks at large and/or international tournaments (any format)
