In Türkiye, 2025 has been declared the “Family Year,” highlighting urgent issues such as declining birth rates, demographic risks, and the impact of migration. Lithuania is experiencing similar challenges, making dialogue between our countries particularly meaningful. This seminar will offer a platform for scholars, institutions, and communities to exchange knowledge and ideas, thereby contributing to broader international discussions.
