The evening will begin with a brief introduction and we will ask if anyone would like to receive Reiki (energy healing) during the meditation, meditation will take place for 30 minutes, then group discussion to follow.
What do you need to bring?
Simply a willingness to turn your loving attention inward. No prior meditation experience required.
Bring pen and paper if you'd like to journal about your experience afterwards. Dress comfortably.
Why join a meditation group?
