NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Holi Event Entry Passes

  1. All entry tickets/passes purchased for the Holi Event are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances.
  2. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  4. • Personal emergencies
  5. • Weather conditions
  6. • Event schedule changes
  7. • Failure to attend the event

In case the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (government orders, safety concerns, natural events, etc.), the purchased ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date only. No refund will be provided.

  1. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, refund eligibility—if any—will be communicated officially. Otherwise, the standard no-refund policy applies.
  2. Entry passes cannot be exchanged, reissued, or transferred to another person after purchase.
