What to bring
Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking for verification at entry.
It is recommended to bring your booking confirmation (printed or digital) for smooth admission.
What’s not allowed
You'll be entering a whole different realm. We don't need large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage.
Food and beverages are not allowed within the VR experience area.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
You won't need to use your camera but in case you do, then know that flash photography isn't allowed.

The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
The experience spans two levels and involves climbing approximately 50 steps, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot for check-in and briefing.
The VR experience may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy, severe motion sickness, or certain medical conditions.
You'll be time traveling to old Vienna for about 50 minutes.
The experience is conducted in German and audio guides are available in 10 languages including English.
Late arrivals may not be admitted or may have reduced experience time.
