Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.
Bring comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as you will spend time outdoors in different cities and alpine areas.
Bring light snacks and water for the journey. Eating on the bus is allowed as long as it does not disturb other guests.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour vehicle.
Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the bus and during the tour.
Hotel pickup is available only from Vienna central hotels (postcodes 1010 to 1090) if requested at least 24 hours before departure. Pickup from apartments and hostels is not possible.
Be ready at your hotel reception area between 7:15am. and 8am. for pickup. The driver cannot wait longer than 5 minutes.
If you do not use hotel pickup, the tour departs from Tourist Info at Albertina Platz, A-1010 Vienna. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure and check in with the 7Travel agency official.
The tour ends at Vienna State Opera, Albertinaplatz.
Depending on group size, transport may be by minivan with a driver-guide or by bus with a licensed guide.
Note: The guided tour is only available in English.
You may leave the group in Salzburg and return to Vienna at your own expense by train.
