Run Long(er) Group Run + Post-Run Party

Training for a fall distance race like MCM or Army Ten Miler? Putting in some miles on the weekends and looking for a fun change of venue? Whether you're running a few miles or over 20, our =PR= Run Long(er) event will allow you to change up your scenery and rock your run with a group! Here are the details:

- Check-in at the PR Vienna store at 6 AM and the run will start at 6:30 AM
- Routes from 3 miles to 22 miles on the W&OD Trail
- Water stops
- ASICS demo shoes to try on your run
- Post-Run party at Caboose Tavern
