About the Speaker:

Lou Kerestesy has been immersed in federal proposals for over 25 years. He spent a decade writing task order responses as an independent practitioner, later serving as COO of an SDVOSB where he led 5x growth in six years. Lou has supported government evaluations as a contractor, convened industry-government exchanges through ACT-IAC’s Acquisition SIG, and mentored proposal professionals with the Association of Project Management Professionals. More recently, he’s worked with half a dozen GenAI vendors to explore the future of proposals and acquisition. His unique perspective—spanning practitioner, executive, and evaluator roles—makes him one of the most insightful voices in the field.
