Tango workout

60 min technique class for everyone before practica!
Let’s start the 2026 with a good exercise routine that will strengthen and stretch out tango bodies so we can be ready for anything that hits us this year!!!!
I will alternate facilitating Wednesdays’s classes with Victor Muniak.
We start with me 😈!
Jan 7th 6:45-7:45 followed by practica at 8
Bring socks, workout clothes and your dance shoes.
