Join us every Saturday morning from June 7 to August 30, 2025, for Sunrise Yoga in our breathtaking Seaside Gardens Terrace. With panoramic ocean views, fresh sea air, and the gentle warmth of the rising sun, this is more than a yoga class, it’s a wellness ritual.
Led by experienced instructors, each 60-minute Hatha/Vinyasa session is designed to connect breath and movement, energizing the body and calming the mind. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this all-levels class invites you to flow at your own pace.

– Please bring your own mat or request one when booking
– Reusable water bottles encouraged

Class passes will be sold until 6:00 pm the day before. Please note, classes are weather permitting, and attendees will be notified at 6:00 pm the day prior for a potential class cancellation, with the opportunity to receive credit towards another class.
