The Early Peoples who lived in the Texas Coastal Bend developed special survival skills and thrived in our region. This Spring Break, step back in time and get your hands on history at Victoria College's Museum of the Coastal Bend!
Join us as we explore structure building, hunting techniques, stone tool crafts for kids, pigment making, primitive jewelry making, basket-weaving and other fun activities!
Activities offered from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on each of the following days:
Tuesday, March 10 Atlatl Fun Day--Learn to throw spears with an atlatl.
Saturday, March 14 Atlatl Fun Day--Learn to throw spears with an atlatl.
Tuesday, March 17 All Skills
Wednesday, March 18 All Skills
Thursday, March 19 All Skills
Admission is free and activities are suitable for most ages. Supplies are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
