Our Group Spinal Energetics Event is returning — not as a one-time experience, but as part of an ongoing nervous system practice.
Spinal Energetics works with the intelligence of the spine, nervous system, and energetic body. Through gentle (often off-body) contact, sound, and attuned presence, the system is invited to soften, release stored tension, and reorganize in its own timing.
This is work for those navigating stress, burnout, grief, emotional processing, spiritual awakening, or simply longing to feel more embodied and connected.
