REST FEST with Emily Opal Smith
This will be the yin class of your dreams. Join Emily for two whole hours of slowing down to receive and rest. She will guide you into classic yin and restorative shapes, interspersed with practical tools to slow down when you are back out in the world. This is for anyone, but especially those who experience anxiety, are overthinkers, and always need to be doing something.

You can expect to leave blissed out, with the tools to access calm on a daily basis.

Where: The Lab Victoria, 1088 Fort St | Sun Room

Temperature: Ambient heat

When: Saturday, September 27th | 2-4pm

Cost: $45 | Sliding scale available for Black, Indigenous, Melanated people, and Trans folks
