Join us for a refreshing Self-Care Series with Kim Evans, LMT — a chance to focus, connect, and calm your mind and body. ��

We’ll work on increasing mobility, balance, and self-awareness, while discovering practical self-care techniques to integrate into daily life. This experience is for everyone—no matter where you are on your journey. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised.
