About the event

NYE Celebration Practice

Celebrate the New Year in community! This practice will be guided as a slow flow class, followed by breath work, and meditation. There will be opportunity to bring in item(s) to create a community alter as well as time and space for journaling, reflection, and intention setting.

You’ll take home a crystal we use during practice, and Kombucha will be served as we ring in the New Year and toast to 2026!
