Native American Heritage Month Hands-On History

Hands-on History—Tuesday, Nov. 25 & Wednesday, Nov. 26, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. each day.
Learn about Native American heritage by participating in hands-on activities that celebrate the culture of indigenous people in Texas. Participants will create beaded corn crafts and cornhusk dolls.
Native American Exhibit Tour—Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2 p.m. Tour the permanent exhibits with museum staff and volunteers who provide insights into some of their favorite artifacts.
All activities are free admission and open to the public; supplies are limited—first-come, first-served.
