Join Be Well Victoria for our annual Love Yourself event, a welcoming, inclusive space for women, families, friends, and all members of our community to relax, recharge, and connect.

This special evening focuses on self-care and mental wellness, with hands-on self-care activities you can take home, stress-relief and mental health tips, local resource booths offering helpful community information, and delicious catered food and desserts to enjoy.
