Please bring all that you need to be comfortable. There will be times of sitting, standing, and laying down.
Some things to consider bringing include
- a reuseable plate and fork if you would like to enjoy heart shaped pancakes to begin.
-a journal/something to write one and with
- something to lay on + sit on the floor (eg yoga mat)
- cozy blankets/clothing + pillow if you desire
- a cup if you would like tea
- something for the altar.
- anything else that helps you feel safe, cozy, loved.
