What to Expect – Key Activities:
🌿Restorative Yoga - In this gentle practice, we’ll explore fully supported postures, held for 5–10 minutes, inviting deep release and relaxation. Each pose is effortless, creating space for the nervous system to shift into rest, repair, and balance , leaving you grounded, calm, and renewed.
🌿Yoga Nidra- You'll be gently guided into a deeply restful meditative state through Yoga Nidra, a form of conscious relaxation.
🌿 Reiki Energy Healing - Receive the calming and restorative energy of Reiki as it flows to where it’s most needed, supporting your nervous system, clearing blockages, and amplifying your healing experience during Yoga Nidra and sound immersion.
🌿 Sound Bath - Bathe in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls and chimes. The vibrations support deep nervous system relaxation and enhance the energetic integration of your experience.
