Winter Improv: A 4-Week Exploration

This four-week improv series is for adults who want to play, laugh, explore their emotions, and feel more at home in their bodies — without pressure to perform, or be “good.”
This is a no judgement zone!
Using simple improv games and theatre exercises, we’ll build presence, spontaneity, confidence, and connection in a small, supportive group. Expect warmth, curiosity, permission to mess up, and a surprising amount of joy!
Good fit if you:
- Are an overthinker
- Miss laughing with other adults
- Want something playful that isn’t a huge commitment
- Feel nervous but curious about theatre and improv

Time: 6:30pm-8pm
Location: 4495 Happy Valley Rd (Event Room at the top of the outside stairs)
Cost: $100-$130 sliding scale for the 4 class session.
