Foraging & Cooking Class

I'd like to exted an invitation to you for 'Foraging & Cooking class' July's edition.

You can come along for each separatelly or for both (foraging in Marsalforn valley, cooking class in Victoria). Cooking class is mainly vegan, gozitan pie vegetarian.

You will gain a handful of cool skills like how to pickle capers the medditerranean way, how to sundry tomatoes, how to make pie crust & the filling and failproofing the process of making a pie, you will learn how to make balsamico glaze with foraged goodie twist, how to prepare cactus leaves, how to make infused herbal oil and we will finish with a homemade banana mulberry ice cream. We will all eat together what we´ve cooked and will have a lovely time 💫.
