December VPEN Business Meeting

Event: Jingle Mingle Holiday Luncheon

Join us for the December VPEN luncheon as we celebrate the season with our annual Jingle Mingle—a festive gathering filled with connection, community, and local holiday shopping. This special event will feature our full lineup of talented Jingle Mingle vendors, each bringing unique gifts, handcrafted items, and holiday must-haves perfect for the season. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support small businesses while enjoying a joyful and engaging luncheon with fellow members and guests.

This month’s luncheon will look a little different. Due to the recent fire at the Country Club, we will meet in the 1924 Room, which is still located inside the Country Club but in a different area. We will also enjoy a nice plated meal in place of the traditional buffet.

Raffle tickets will be available at the meeting, and we encourage each member to sell 5–10 tickets. Ticket sales will continue through our January 21 business meeting. Proceeds from this fundraiser help send our members to conferences, support our annual scholarships, and more.

We’ll also hold a candle exchange game—simply bring a candle to participate in this fun and festive activity with fellow members.

If you are participating in the Santa for a Senior program, please bring your gifts with you to the luncheon. Immediately following our meeting, we will gather at United Way for a packing party where we will assemble and prepare all items for delivery to nursing home residents.
