Working with the astrology 🌞 Sun Sign each month on a Journey filled with Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Sound Bath, Bija Seed Mantra, & Vocal Toning.
We will work with the sign of Virgo this month incorporating its energy into the flow of the journey and with that we will harness the element of Earth and the Throat Chakra.
We will harness and bath in the energy of the Full Moon, The Corn Moon in the sign of Pisces🌕 🎶
The sound bath will be filled with drumming, crystal bowls, rattles, shruti, gong and whatever the energy is calling. This journey will harness the energy of the stars and allow us to dive deeper through vocal toning with the support that the universe is holding for us.
The journey is a guide to allow yourself to feel creative, explorative, and create a deep relaxing meditative experience.
Time- September 6, 2025 6-7:15pm

Where- Soulshines Yoga Studio & Healing Arts (Next to The Wines Of Colorado Restaurant in Cascade) —10min West of Manitou Springs and 10min East of Woodland Park. Come enjoy the wonderful acoustics of this special space!

-Anything that you find comfortable for meditation to relax your body. The studio has extra yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters to share.
