This month’s circle we will be focusing on The Power of Attraction. Gain tools to elevate your vibration, open to deep healing and align you with your highest potential.
The Guided Meditation, breath work, sound healing Intentional affirmations and Reiki healing you will be led through in the circle, harmonize your mind and spirit which activates your body's natural healing response to relax. An Integration into our natural state of being.
Alleviating pressure and allowing your nervous system to calm and be still. A gift to the self to take along with you and serve as a reminder that inner peace is accessible in acts of stillness, surrender, presence, acceptance and grace.
You will be led into a basic guided meditation, sound bowl and Reiki healing. Everyone will receive a sage cleansing/smudging.
These circles offer a powerful yet gentle way to calm your mind, set Intentions and share in the uplifting, likehearted, collective energy of the group.
Everyone is welcome. (Co-Ed)
Bring a yoga mat and bolster if you prefer.
Mats and chairs will be provided.
