Sourdough Basics Class

You’ll explore what makes a great loaf, and learn the exact steps to bake sourdough in your own kitchen—from proofing to preheating to those final golden moments in the oven.

Students will get hands-on experience throughout the class, practicing skills right at the mixing table. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to sharpen your techniques, you’ll leave with knowledge, confidence, and the excitement to bake your very own loaf at home.
