Il corso di 1' livello si snoda in 12 serate nelle quali andremo a toccare tutte le varie sfaccettature del vino a partire dal territorio di origine, viticoltura, enologia, le diverse vinificazioni, spumanti assieme all'analisi visiva, olfattiva e gustativa. Nelle ultime due serate daremo spazio anche ai Distillati e alle Birre.

Le serate si suddividono tra teoria e degustazione nella quale lezione dopo lezione andremo ad affinare i nostri sensi olfattivi e gustativi.
Durante il corso è prevista anche una uscita didattica in una cantina.
