LOGISTICAL INFORMATION
Date: 7th and 8th March 2026
Location: Østfjendshallen, Kalkværksvej 1B, 8800 Mønsted Danmark
Food: This year, food will be available ONLY if you purchase a meal ticket, purchasing on the day will not be permitted. Likewise, outside food in the sportshall is also not permitted
YELLOW/RED CARDS
Yellow cards will be handed out for minor indiscretions, and carry a penalty of -10 points for your next game
Red cards are given for unacceptable behaviour and cheating, and will result in your expulsion
SCHEDULE
Each matchup first starts with 15 minutes of setup, and then 3 hours and 15 minutes of timed game time. You are allowed to start playing during the setup if ready.

LISTS
Deadline for list submission is the 23rd of February
2000 points, Legends are not allowed but Forgeworld is allowed
Proxies are allowed, but all Proxies must be checked by the TO Filip Ivanovic before the tournament. Send him a PM or make a post with any models that are proxied or altered.
Models must be Battle Ready according to Games Workshop definitions
Latest versions of errata, balance dataslate, codex and FAQs must be used. This includes the WTC FAQ which will be in use for the tournament. Any used Codex must have been released before the 23rd of February 2026.
Lists are to be submitted via Best Coast Pairings before the deadline of 23rd of February at 23:59. You can register via BCP through this link(

You will receive a link via email to submit your list if you haven't as the deadline draws near.
Once lists are submitted and become visible, there will be NO possibility of changing them unless a rulebreaking error is identified. If there are any mistakes/errors in your list you will be given a yellow card.
GAME INFORMATION
Missions: To be announced at a later date
WTC terrain will be used in the medium and light layouts, no heavy. It will be set up on 60”x44” tables.
After Round 1, a Swiss system will be used to determine the pairings. Tiebreakers are in order: W/D/L, Battlepoints, Individual Matches.
Games will be 3 hours and 15 minutes long. At the end of time dice must be set down. Scores will be used at the moment of dice down.
Chess clocks are only allowed if both players agree to use one. You must bring your own chess clock, be it through a physical one, a watch or an app.
There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as for best painted.
