Saturday Morning Long Run 17 and 9 Miles

We've got big milage again for our fall marathon training cycle targeting the Chicago Marathon on October 12, and we are 7 weeks out now! This weekend, we have 17 miles for the Chicago Marathon, and 9 route just for fun!!
