This cool Mexican spot is attached to sister restaurant and arcade bar Paramount, so we can play some games while we're there. El Barrio has always offered their iconic Vegan Tostada, but there are several other veganizable options too. Here's the list:

As always, thanks for ordering vegan at the group's meetups. It's easy at El Barrio with its great options. And as a bonus, if you want to sneak something from Paramount, they have Alabama Hummus, "The Fun Guy" mushroom-covered salad (hold the cheese), and Beyond Burger to substitute in their burgers.
