Activity Description: Express your creative side with our Expanding the Basics Watercolor Painting Workshop - Block Island Lighthouse Coastline. Students will be guided in painting a beautiful painting of the Rhode Island coast and lighthouse at Block Island. This workshop takes place once every week for two weeks as the painting is detailed and requires more than one sitting to complete. Each class is approximately 3 hours long. This is a total of 6 hours of instruction over the course of the workshop.

More Information: This is considered a Level 2 Beginner Class. This level is perfect for beginner level painters wishing to advance and build upon what we teach in our one-day beginner level paint classes. In this level the student will learn the fundamentals of painting and color blending and the basic skills needed to create an amazing painting guided by an experienced artist. This class expands on the fundamentals taught in our Back to the Basics Level 1 classes allowing the students to build their talents and create a beautiful piece of art.
