Join us as we combine faith and fitness — strengthening our bodies and our walk with Jesus together! Each week we’ll gather to move, stretch, sweat, and encourage one another, finishing in fellowship around God’s Word. 🙌
Week 1 Plan:
👉 5-minute stretch
👉 5-minute warm-up around the property
💥 Workout Stations (1 min each):
Push-ups
Flutter kicks
Squats
Planks
Repeat the rotation 3 times with a 2-minute break between rounds. 🏃♂️💨

We’ll wrap up together with a group stretch and a powerful conversation about Jesus. ✝️

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is a space to challenge yourself, grow in strength, and build community. Come as you are — let’s get stronger inside and out! 💪🔥
