Kirtan is a beautiful, communal meditation practice that uses call-and-response chants and singing. A kirtan practice can reduce stress, promote spiritual wellbeing, and increase energy. No experience (or "good voice") necessary :)
Kirtan is a central practice in the Bhakti Yoga tradition, which emphasizes emotional and devotional practices over physical ones. Come dressed comfortably and ready to sit. Blankets and bolsters are provided.
