You are welcomed into our beautiful hall for an hour of breathwork, yoga and mindfulness 🧘🏼‍♀️

We work on our intentions, spend a little time doing meditative breathwork and move into a gentle yogic flow 🌊

class starts at 8:15pm and we end at 9:15 ✨
