Gong Bath at Woodgreen Village Hall - Every 2 weeks from September 18th

I was very struck by the feel of Woodgreen and in particular the Village Hall with its amazing murals, created nearly 100 years ago to reflect the people and activities in the village. I am running gong baths from 8-9pm every other Thursday from September 18th and would love to share the experience with you. Tickets are available at https://www.breathandgong.com. You'll need a yoga mat or something similar to lie on, a blanket and perhaps a cushion for your head, and a bottle of water. The emphasis is on comfort!
