We will sell the contents of multiple mini storage units
All units will be sold subject to lessee redemption.
All units are sold “AS IS and WHERE IS.” We make no warranties or guarantees, at any time, on any unit or the contents of that unit.
A $50 CASH cleaning deposit per unit will be charged at the conclusion of the auction, and will be refunded IF the unit is cleaned within 48 hours.
Payment for the UNIT COST is Cash or card (3%). Checks only with pre-approval of Auctioneer.
All auctions are conducted in accordance with the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act.
Held rain or shine.
Not responsible in case of accident.
Announcements on sale day supersede printed matter.
