Nurtured within: Prenatal Yoga, Soundbath & Reiki

An evening where we connect with community and are held in a nurturing space. This is a circle where you will feel supported in a Yoga flow focusing on your mothering journey followed by a serene sound bath to relax your nervous system. We will guide you to go within yourself in order for your body, mind and spirit to feel more aligned.
