Intuition is not a gift reserved for a few—it is a natural human capacity that has been shaped by survival, psychology, and lived experience.
This 2-hour experiential class offers a grounded, supportive introduction to intuition through history, psychology, and body-based awareness. Rather than focusing on prediction or performance, participants learn how intuition actually works, how to recognize it, and how to distinguish it from anxiety, impulse, or trauma responses.
This class is ideal for sensitive, intuitive, and reflective individuals who want clarity without overwhelm.

This class is experiential, not theoretical. Participants will be gently guided through:
Body-based intuition awareness exercises
Choice-based sensing practices
Reflection exercises that build trust and clarity
A grounding integration visualization
All practices are trauma-aware, optional, and focused on noticing rather than forcing experience.
