Separating pumping rollers to generate speed vs. pumping jumps to catch air
Why the J-Hop form is the foundation for learning to jump
Where pumping fits into this form and how it applies on real trails

We’ll use slow-motion video analysis to break down correct and incorrect body-bike movements
Focused drills + practical application at the pump track

Riders should already have solid riding skills (this isn’t a “first time on the bike” class).
Bring your MTB, helmet, and protective gear.
