Theme: Nighttime Tales: Dreams, Fantasies, and Fears
Entry Deadline: September 27th, by 2:30 PM
Open to ages 5–17
Drop off location: Red River Valley Museum (4600 College Drive, Vernon, TX 76384)
All art mediums welcome!
🌙 This year’s youth art show invites young creators to explore the magical, mysterious, and sometimes spooky world of dreams. Whether it’s a whimsical fantasy, a surreal dreamscape, or a shadowy fear brought to life in paint, clay, photography, or any other medium!
HOW TO ENTER:
1) Create 1–2 original artworks based on the theme.
2) Frame or mat any artwork that is not on canvas or sculptural.
3) Attach your name, age, parent/guardian contact info, title, and media used to your piece.
4) Optional: Include a short artist statement to tell the story behind your work.
5) Drop it off at Red River Valley Museum

📌 Rules:
-Artwork must be entirely created by the youth artist.
-All mediums accepted except AI-generated art.
-No nudity or graphic violence. We keep our shows family-friendly!
-Artists must be under 18 at the time of submission.
