We’ll begin with a guided mini shamanic sound journey, using frequency and vibration to ground and open the senses. From there, we’ll dive into the intentional use of sacred plant medicines and explore their healing potential when approached with respect, reverence, and purpose.

Michelle Meadow Love is the creator of Be Well Healing and Sound Sanctuary Records in Ventura, CA. Michelle offers private energy and sound healing sessions, Community sound baths, guided sound meditation/visualization, Ceremony and Healing circles, Gong Yoga Nidra, and more! Michelle created the Sound Sanctuary and Sound Sanctuary Records in 2020. She published eight energy and sound healing selections available on all music streaming platforms and over 100 sound meditations on InsightTimer. Michelle is a seasoned teacher, and Usui, Tibetan, and Karuna Reiki Master with over 30 years experience working with all ages in the healing arts and education. She is also the Mother of two daughters, enjoys traveling, festivals & live music, nature, and the arts. In 2011, Michelle was diagnosed with Lyme disease and co-infections, after years of misdiagnoses and suffering. She has healed herself with the modalities she is humbled to share.
