September Herb of the Month: Craft a Mugwort Charm Pouch with Kathryn

Join herbalist Kathryn Cahill-Draper for an evening of ritual crafting with this month's herb of the month, Mugwort! Learn about the rich folkloric history of this enchanting herbal ally and how to incorporate it into your life and home, while receiving personalized guidance as you hand craft your very own Mugwort Charm Pouch. Charm Pouches have a long and diverse history across many cultures and, when filled with Mugwort, have been used for things like promoting peaceful sleep, protection of personal spaces, heightened intuition, acceptance of hard truths, and even connection to what lies beyond the veil. We will also be discussing themes of Mugwort as related to the current season, and how the wisdom of this herb can support our self reflection and energetic integration as we transition from Summer to Autumn. Materials will be provided.
