• Now bring your breath back to your inward focus and be still… Connect with the Earth and ground these creative energies that you have been moving through you. Take as long as you need here.
• When you feel complete, close the Sacred Directions
Drink plenty of water before, during and after this time of reflection. Hydrate the cells that are taking in this new information so that the body can process these positive changes with ease and grace.
