Come along and enjoy some calming breathing techniques and mindfulness methods to help release tension and improve feelings of wellbeing.

We will try some gentle mindfulness activities using the lovely indoor space as a place to rest for a while, we may use our senses to bring us into the present moment, learn a meditation or pause, breathe and relax. Pop into the Forum Cafe for tea or coffee afterwards To book click here
