Some of you may know Cara from our classes or community events, but we are so excited to have Cara come into our studio for a special luncheon sharing her story & faith with us! Read on for more from her bio! ⬇️

Cara McConnell is as sweet-as-iced tea. She's a fun, Southern-style Christian Speaker who shares scripture and her life story, which exemplifies the transformative power of faith. Women are infused with a new viewpoint that moves them from stagnation into motivation. Come to be encouraged, uplifted, and re-energized.
