Most participants choose to lie down for the sound bath to allow them to go deeper into a relaxed meditative state, so please bring anything that will help you feel deeply comfortable—a blanket, yoga mat, pillow, bolster, or even an eye mask. The more supported your body feels, the easier it is to fully relax into the experience. There will be a few chairs for those who may feel more comfortable sitting upright.
